Stefan Petrov is Deputy Manager at SAT Engineering. He has been working in the field of waterproofing for 13 years and is closely specialized in the installation of synthetic membranes and the work in hard-to-reach places on the alpine method.

He has passed through various professional trainings and specializations in Bulgaria, Belgium and Germany – Firestone (TPO and PVC membranes), Mapei (TPO and PVC membranes), Icopal (TPO and PVC membranes), Bramac (ceramic tiles) and others.

Part of his main responsibilities in the structures of SAT Engineering are related to the quality control of the installation works performed and the construction of reliable complete waterproofing systems. His main guiding principle is the correctness in the relations with the contracting authorities and the maintenance of the highest standard of performance quality.

Eng. Georgi Marinov is the Deputy Chief Engineer at SAT Engineering. He specializes in the field of waterproofing systems, design and implementation of structural strengthening with carbon fibers (FRP), refurbishment and crystallization of reinforced concrete.

In his practice, he has been a technical site manager of construction activities during the execution of Sofia’s subway as well as residential buildings. He has experience in concrete production as a concrete plant manager, as well as in the field of specialized construction chemistry.

Eng. Marinov holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia. He is a member of the Chamber of Engineers in the Investment Design.

Dr. Maria Tsonova has been working in the field of marketing, communications and sales for about 20 years. She graduated from the University of National and World Economy with a doctorate in Economics and Management. She holds a PSS qualification from the prestigious international company Achieve Global and is a certified Trainer Entrepreneurship by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (Bulgaria), Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Ministry of Administration of Foreign Affairs (Belgium).

For more than 10 years, Dr. Tsonova has worked as a marketing management consultant, assisting in the market strategy development of many companies in various industries – construction and architecture, real estate, FMCG, international education, trade and imports.

Immediately before joining the team of SAT Engineering, Dr. Tsonova held the position of Marketing Director of a large holding company with an investment portfolio of 20 subsidiaries – in the field of construction, hospitality and real estate. During this period, Dr. Tsonova guides the development of the marketing and sales strategy of the largest real estate project in Bulgaria.

In her work, Dr. Tsonova is guided by the principles of fairness and responsibility, striving to apply the highest standards of professionalism in all projects she manages.

Ilian Dimitrov heads the “ExpertTeam – synthetic membranes” department at SAT Engineering. His close specialization is in the construction of synthetic waterproofing systems, and he is one of the leading professionals in the field.

He has been working in the field of waterproofing for 6 years and is a certified construction technician. He has completed numerous specializations and professional trainings. He is certified by Firestone for EPDM and TPO/PVC membranes and is an authorized contractor of Icopal waterproofing systems.

In his work, he insists on the responsible attitude and the quality execution of the set tasks. The main goal he sets of each project is to achieve the best possible results.
